Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an airborne disease, caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Transmission of Mycobacterium tuberculosis occurs through aircontaining droplet nuclei (fluid bubbles) obtained from a person with active TB.
